Privacy Policy

Neu Eu Medical Weight Loss LLC ("Neu Eu", "we", "us") provides telehealth services under the name Neu Eu Medical. Our websites include neueu.co and offer.neueu.co. Our address is 2633 McKinney Ave, Ste #130, #747, Dallas, TX 75204.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our websites, forms, emails and text messages.

When you become a patient, your medical information is protected health information (PHI) under the federal HIPAA law. How we use and share PHI is explained in our [Notice of Privacy Practices](/notice-of-privacy-practices). If this policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices ever conflict about PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

We only provide services to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information you give us:

• Name, date of birth, sex, state of residence, phone number and email
• Answers to health questions, symptoms, medical history, medications and allergies
• Photos you choose to upload for your visit
• A photo ID and selfie to verify your identity (checked by our staff)
• Your preferred pharmacy
• Payment details (processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)
• Messages you send to us or your provider

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser type, pages visited on our public pages, and general location (city or state level), through the tools listed in section 6

Information from others:

• Pharmacies, labs or other providers involved in your care, when you ask us to coordinate with them

• To check whether telehealth is right for you and provide your visit
• To send prescriptions to the pharmacy you choose
• To verify your identity
• To process payments and send receipts
• To communicate with you about your care, appointments and account
• To send marketing emails or texts, only if you agree (see section 7)
• To improve our website and services, using information that does not identify your health conditions
• To meet legal, licensing and safety obligations

We share information only:

• With your pharmacy, and with labs or other providers involved in your care
• With service providers who help us run our services and who must protect your information by contract. For PHI, each signs a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. These include: GoHighLevel (forms, scheduling and messages), Spruce Health (secure patient messaging), Jane (medical records and identity photos) and Stripe and [EMO — confirm full name] (payments)
• When the law requires it, such as a court order or a public health report
• To protect someone's health or safety in an emergency
• If our business is sold or merged, under the same protections

We keep tracking to a minimum.

• Google Analytics 4 — counts visits and pages viewed, with IP anonymization. Runs on public pages only, and only after you accept cookies
• Essential cookies — keep forms and checkout working. Run where needed

We do not use tracking tools on our intake, health-question, checkout or patient pages. We do not use tools that identify anonymous visitors. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We will send texts about your care (for example, "your provider has replied"). We send marketing texts only if you check the text-message consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

We use encryption, access controls and HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your information. Only staff who need your information to do their job can see it, and they are trained on privacy.

We keep medical records for at least 2 years after your last visit, or longer if the law requires it. We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy.

You can ask us to:

• See or get a copy of your information
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete information, where the law allows (we must keep medical records for the required time)
• Stop marketing emails or texts

• Texas: Neu Eu may share your protected health information electronically, as allowed by state and federal law. Texas Health & Safety Code §181.154 requires us to tell you this. See our Texas Privacy Notice.
• Washington: See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
• Other states: Residents of some states have extra privacy rights. Contact us to use them. Health information covered by HIPAA is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or on our website.
