Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Neu Eu Medical Weight Loss LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Neu Eu Medical ("Neu Eu", "we", "us"). They apply when you use neueu.co, offer.neueu.co, or any Neu Eu service.

To use our services, you must:

• Be 18 or older
• Be located in Oregon at the time of your visit
• Give true, complete and current information about yourself and your health
• Not be enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. We are a cash-pay practice and do not treat Medicare or Medicaid patients.

We may ask you to verify your identity with a photo ID and selfie.

• Care is provided by licensed nurse practitioners, licensed in the state where you are located.
• Telehealth has limits. Your provider cannot physically examine you. If your provider decides telehealth is not right for your condition, they will tell you to get in-person or emergency care.
• Before your first visit, you must sign our Telehealth Informed Consent form.
• Your provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate. We do not guarantee any diagnosis, prescription or result.
• Quick Care does not prescribe controlled substances.
• You choose your pharmacy. Medication costs are paid to the pharmacy and are not included in our visit fee, unless we say so in writing.

• We charge per visit. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Current Quick Care prices: $39.99 for a messaging visit and $69.99 for a live video visit, plus a 3.5% card processing fee and any applicable tax.
• Payment is due when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe and [EMO — confirm full name].
• We do not bill insurance. You may ask for a receipt to submit to your insurer yourself.
• Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. See our Good Faith Estimate page.
• Promo codes (such as HOOCARES) apply only as described in the offer, are one per patient, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If you cancel before a provider starts your visit, you get a full refund.
• Once a provider has reviewed your information or started your visit, the fee is non-refundable. This includes visits where the provider decides you need in-person or emergency care, because the provider has still reviewed your case.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at info@neueu.co. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to dispute a charge with your bank or card company.

Keep your login details private. Patient messaging with your provider happens through Spruce Health, our secure messaging platform. Do not send health information to us through social media, chat bubbles or regular email.

Do not misuse our services. This includes giving false information, using someone else's identity, trying to get medication for someone else, or interfering with our websites.

The Neu Eu name, logos, Hoo the owl, website content and materials belong to Neu Eu. Blog posts and website content are general information, not medical advice for you.

To the extent the law allows, Neu Eu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by services we do not control (such as your internet connection or a pharmacy).

If you have a problem, please contact us first at info@neueu.co so we can try to fix it. If we cannot resolve it, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to visits you already paid for.
